Always follow through with any issues that may arise
Customer support has actually always been very good. Every time I call Landmark everything goes smoothly. They are always friendly and most of the time I get a follow up call from them. The most recent time I used them was about three weeks ago when a faucet in my bathtub was leaking. I called them and told them what was going on and they got a hold of a plumber. The plumber got in touch with me, came out and fixed it. Honestly I never have problems with them.
The CIL was slow-I had to purchase a smaller unit at lower price & tho they issued an increase of $129.00 it still wasn't sufficient to cover the new replacement.
I've had them for 2 years. They few times I had to call me, they answered my questions and done exactly what they said they were going to do. I had an issue with my garage door opener and they contacted the people that serviced that brand. The gentlemen came up and fixed it. No problem.
Our realtor gave us the service as a house warming gift, and we thought it was a nice idea. Because of that we just decided to continue and renew the service every year. When our water heater broke, we just called them and paid the flat rate service fee. The company came out and took care of it all with just that flat fee. There have been a couple of times where the fine print has been troublesome. They've done a great job and we didn't even have to spend too much time on the phone. They got the information they needed to send someone out here quickly. I also appreciated that the followed up with us. They came to help us with our furnace on an occasion. It wasn't working and we noticed since the house just started getting kind of cold all of a sudden. They were able to get someone out here fairly quickly to check it out and get it fixed. Fast response, personal service and attention.
I have several properties, and Landmark has been good on all of them. Plus, they had a good price when I purchased their service. I just don't like their automated phone service when I want to speak to a live person.
All of the problems I've had have been handled immediately, and their customer support has always provided a good experience. Well recently we had a leak in one of our bathrooms, and they had somebody out to fix it. It was handled properly and rapidly. They've always handled it to my satisfaction and right on time.
