It's great, they're always friendly and easy to work with. I used their service for my garage door, so they sent someone to fix it. Even though the warranty didn't include what needed to be fixed, the contractor still took care of it.
They have been good. They take care of the things that need to be fixed.
It satisfied all of our needs in regard to what coverage is offered, and we had some good feedback from other people that have used Landmark before, so we decided to go with them. They've been super helpful in making sure that everything is complete in the service call. Plus, they're super responsive, and haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be able to speak to somebody. It's a very reliable service; very good.
Overall I'm satisfied. Had a couple of issues with repairs and timeliness.
The woman that we bought the house from used the service so we just decided to continue with the policy. They have always had very good costumer service and only once was I slightly irritated by them. We've had to use the warranty several times and every time all I had to do was call and open a claim. They would contact the supplier and that was it. The process is very straightforward and it's a fairly decent service.
American Home Shield was not to my satisfaction, so I decided to go ahead and switch. I've gotten a good response from Landmark so far. For the most part they have always found a repair person when I need them. There was a time when I called to put in an order but they couldn't find anybody. I tried to find someone myself to come and help me, but Landmark still charged me a fee which I thought was pretty stupid.
the customer support's been good. They're pretty fast, polite and everything else when it comes to friendly in need to talk to. They came out 3 times, when all my A/C needed was more Freon. They could've gotten it the first time, but the warranty allows them to check for certain things, so the process slowed them down a bit.
So far so good...everything I've needed they've been attentive to my requests and I've been pleased with the vendors
Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not, but it really depends on the case. At some times I have very good experiences where they are very responsive and get back to me real quick. On some other cases the contractor has to come back several times and they can't really fix things. Getting customer support is actually very simple and quick, you can get them on the line and speak to someone to open a case. I am very happy with that.
