It's all been good experiences! Landmark has been very responsive when we have to reach out for various things. For example, we had a water softener that wasn't working properly, and we called them and we were able to get a vendor that reached out to me within an hour or two. The next day, they were at the house fixing the problem.
I don't really deal with customer support too much but they were very responsive. My AC went out and they came out a couple of days after the hurricane. They were pretty fast about it.
I needed to use the service for my furnace since the fan in it went out. So they came out here and put a new heater fan for me, all within 3 days of the first phone call. They have been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. All they do is come in and fix what needs to be fixed on time. Customer service always gives me the information that I need when I renew my warranty to make sure that the things that I want covered are covered. I rate them at 9 because of their quick response and easy online claim service.
The customer support people were nice, no one's been rude. It's kind of deceiving when you say a home warranty though. For example, they cover roof leaks, however, they don't cover the roof. They're good, but they're just not something I would rave about.
So far, so good! I needed their warranty for the pest control guys, and they came over and took care of it! It's been great.
They stay on top of things. Good follow up.
Pretty good company to work with. They’re great at following up frequently as you’re getting things repaired and there customer service group is easy to contact and willing to answer any questions you have.
