It came with the house when we bought it. I like them so far. Our air-conditioning unit wasn't working properly once, so we called them. They set it up and a contractor came out on the same day. I liked that they checked back in with us via email and text message to make sure that the service was scheduled and that everything went alright.
Overall, Landmark Home Warranty has done a good job. A couple times they set up a contractor that I didn't want and once they kept forgetting to update me on an essential appliance delivery.
Their customer support is pretty diligent, and followed up to make sure the contractors were there on time. Plus, they were pretty responsive with anything that I needed. I set up the service on about 5 of my properties; I highly recommend them.
I tried a few home warranties prior to choosing Landmark. Landmark follows through on what they advertise unlike some of the competition. They are quick to get a repair scheduled and follow up to make sure the issue was resolved. Thanks Landmark Home Warranty!
Landmark Home Warranty customer support always make sure I have the best contractors. If nobody comes over, they get another one out here immediately. I had an issue with a company that didn't want to come out to fix my A/C. They just wouldn't show up when they said they would. I decided to call customer service, and they sent someone out the next day. They're just on top of everything all the time.
When we first moved in we had a problem with our furnace. It wasn't working and it was freezing outside, so we tried to get them to fix it. They couldn't get anybody out here for 4 or 5 days and their service providers were of no help, we spent a long time in the cold because of that. Still, after that incident, everything has been ok. The service was in place when we bought the house, so I didn't really choose them. Still, the service seems to cover quite a bit and we've had them re-key all of the locks in our house when we moved in. They have been very pleasant and helpful whenever we call them.
I've needed a plumber a couple of times, and they provided one in a timely manner to solve the problem. We're happy with the service.
