They are prompt and very attentive. They took very good care of me and followed up after the service. I would highly recommend.
I needed to use the warranty for my furnace and my oven. The process did take a longer time than I anticipated to get fixed, which was frustrating. Their agents are good though. Again I'd only like the contractors to have a quicker turn around time.
I've had very few issues with their customer support, so overall, they've been very good. Our water heater was replaced the same day we called, so that was great. However, we did call once for something that was not covered, which we didn't know about, and they still sent someone out, and I had to pay for that.
The people you talk to are very friendly and helpful. Using Landmark home warranty puts our minds at ease.
So far my experience has been very very positive. I've had to use my warranty on a few occasions, and every time the process has gone relatively smoothly.

Landmark home warranty's customer service is what made me choose them in the first place. Every time I have called I never have to wait to talk to someone (a real person!) and the whole staff has been kind and knowledgeable on the phone as well.
Every time I call, they answer really fast! Their customer service does not put on you hold too long, and everybody is fun! They always want to help in any possible way. Plus, their service is pretty fast. My heater went out during winter, so I called at around 2 a.m., and they were able to get someone out here within a couple of hours! So far, it's been really good service. We've made 1 or 2 claims, and got them resolved. We did have a minor issue once, where our appointment was not processed due to some paper work mistake. They fixed the problem, so it was a minor issue. Besides that, we've only had positive feedback from them.
