We've only had to use it for one little incident and they handled it just fine.
I love it, it has been great and I have no regrets. I've used it about 4 times since I've been in this home. The first time I used them it took them less than 12 hours for them to send someone out here, which was impressive. Later my refrigerator went and the appliance guy said it would cost more to repair it than to get a new appliance. I was very impressed with the way they handled that. We have consistently had a wonderful experience with Landmark. They are friendly and their response time has been really good. We understand that with using service contractors that sometimes getting scheduled can be difficult, but they have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Their contractors are always professional and pleasant. We would recommend them.
They are efficient and responsive to my needs.
It's really good, excellent. We had a refrigerator that was on warranty, and we had to call them because the ice maker was not working. We had good success with the response, getting it approved, and taken care of. I can't imagine what else there is to say. They just do a good job and follow up to let us know what's going on.
My washing machine's computer board went out. They came over and replaced, then got it up and running again without a problem. Besides, the people I spoke to were easy to deal with. From my experience, they're a good company.
Customer service has been really friendly. Though the first time they sent a contractor that didn't serve in my area, so they took several weeks to get someone to me.
