They have been great. I've used them for years and they've done fine. Usually they just come out and take care of the problem.
Sometimes they get wrong contractor
It was chosen by the real state company that we bought our house through and they paid for the first year. They have been pretty prompt in responding and most contractors we've worked with have been good. Recently, our water heater went out and we called them. The contractor was here within 4 or 5 hours to check on it and get it all fixed.
So far so good. I don't have any problems with them and they're very quick. When our AC stopped blowing cold air I made a phone call and they had a technician out here the next day. I've got no complains and it does what it's supposed to do.
Customer service is very responsive and very quick. There was an occasion when we needed hot water but the heater wasn't working. We opened a ticket and got a call almost immediately. The plumber was just as fast and the water heater got fixed very quickly. I had expected a delay but there wasn't much of one.
The customer service is excellent, but the actual policy in what they cover was not so great. I spent nearly a thousand dollars, earlier this week, to replace pool filter.
For the most part, when I call they answer and normally they contact the service provider fairly quickly, though there is a little bit of miscommunication sometimes. One time, our air-conditioner went out, so I called them and a service guy was scheduled to come over. Everything works fine now. My only complain, which is probably not unique to Landmark, is that it's hard to find out what things are and aren't covered. They've been doing great. The numbers of the contractors that they gave me have worked out great so far. When a faucet was not working I just called one of their plumbers and they fixed it. They have taken care of me whenever I have a problem.
It has been working just fine so far. They have been punctual and taken care of things. We haven't had anything major done, we've just used it for little things like re-keying locks. They have taken care of whatever I call about.
