Overall we had a positive experience with Landmark. We purchased our 40+ year old home from the people that built it and there were several appliances that were original. We replaced the hot water heater, had the locks re-keyed, service call on our heat pump, eventual replacement of the failed heat pump, dishwasher repair, and refrigerator repair. My only complaint is that, as a consumer, you have to keep on top of Landmark (and possibly any other warranty company) in order for your claim to be processed in a timely fashion.... read more
All service people sent for repair have been professional and skilled
When I called them to get something fixed, they ensured that the service person was here in a timely manner, and they also followed up on it, so their service was excellent. Landmark is a really responsive company who follows through with answering the questions and helping us solve problems.

I haven't had any problems with the service. More recently, I had to use the service because my garage door opener broke. I called them and within 2 days, it was fixed. It's just a great service.
The service was offered with the home sale. They are very quick with anything they take care of. We once had an electrical problem with the sockets, they were loose somehow. They sent somebody to fix that, oh and they sent someone to fix a leaky toilet as well.
Very helpful and efficient in helping us get our house rekeyed.

Every experience that I've had has been good. There is one thing that can be improved though. It would be nice if they advertised better which services they won't let you order until they receive payment from the titled company. We had some trouble with re-keying because we had to wait for the titled company to do the payment. It wasn't until 3-4 weeks after we moved into our new home that we were able to re-key it.
