They've been really helpful to work with actually. I get my order in really quickly, get the payment processed, and within one week they get the problem taken care of. One time we had our water heater go out and we called Landmark. They got us hooked up with a company that could do the work for us and within 24 hours we had an appointment ready. They came that same week and got that problem addressed. The payment for the warranty is very affordable and the payment time is very convenient too.
Whenever I needed something fixed, they had somebody come over and check. They were right on it! Plus, the people I spoke with were very good. They don't take forever to answer like other places.
The service was included with the purchase of our home. So far they have been prompt and courteous. When we needed the warranty for our pool pump they were quick in providing us service. The warranty covers what we need, though they are continuously raising the rate. We just wish they would stop raising it and for them to get rid of the co-pay.
Their customer support was very good and responsive. They followed up well, and are pleasant to work with. Plus, the contract is good and in time. They communicate well and get the issues fixed.
I've used it several times and my problems was taking care of. I have no negatives so far, but I think their price is getting a little too high.
Two weeks ago my AC broke, it was leaking or something, and they had somebody ready who called me and the fixed it. It broke after that though, so they had to come back and take the whole thing which was fine with me. I do have to pay some money out of pocket, but they take care of everything else.
My experience with them was great. They really tried to help me out if I had any issues, they did their best to resolve it. This one time we were having issues because whoever was assigned to my problem was not responding, but they fixed it right away as soon as I called them.
I've only called them once, when I was having trouble with my heating system. They sent a company over to check it and resolved the situation. Landmark followed up with me to make sure they came by and I was satisfied with everything.
Calling was easy, scheduling appointments was easy. However when the work was done by the contractor, I had to continue to call them and make a case to have the same complaint addressed without having to pay the $75 fee over again.
