Fast efficient use great contracters, overall great service!
We previously had Landmark, so we decided to go with them again. They always respond on time and have good contact and customer service. We just did a tune up and it was done very quickly and professionally. It fits what I need. The only caveat is that they're always too expensive.
Easy to work with and quick response
They arranged for a company to come out and check my dish washer after it stopped working. They figured out what part was wrong, and had a person come and fix it. They were very helpful and very professional, just as their customer service was.
Nowhere in the information I was given was I told that I needed to use the people that they had pre-qualified to make fixes. Because of that, I went out and got someone to get things done right away instead of waiting for them to send someone to me in a week. That got me into trouble the first time I tried using their warranty. My sewer was backed up when we moved into our house. The customer support is good, I have no issues with them. Last time I used it was last month for H/VAC, air-conditioner and a heater check. They are good in general about waving the fee if the contractor doesn't show up and making sure you're always covered. That's pretty much it.
It has been great so far. I had a main water line leaking so we needed a pressure valve replaced. It fell under the warranty, so I just called them, paid the fee, and they sent someone out to approve it and get it fixed.
It's been good so far. I haven't had any issues with their customer support team. No wait time whatsoever. Plus, it sounds like I'm talking to somebody in the US, instead of outside the country.
