When I call they can give me the right contact information so that someone can come out and resolve my problem. It's usually done within a couple of days. We had a plumbing issue where I would hear a rattling noise coming from my pipe and I was nervous about it. They were able to send someone out who checked it and fixed the problem in the same day. The warranty itself covers a good amount of things and, while it's not really cost effective, they always have someone that can come out and do the repairs we need.
They were just very helpful! I had to call them a couple times because we couldn't get a plumber booked quick enough.
They have been very friendly, clear, and understanding of what we needed. They were also very god with the follow up. We've only used it once when we had to get the house re-keyed. The call was really quick and informative and they dispatched the re-key service very quickly. The make sure that the services that need to be done get done in a timely way.
I put a claim online because our A/C wasn't working well, and they called us within 24 hours. They gave us the information of the contractor, whom we made an appointment with, and after then Landmark called to check-in and make sure everything had gone well. So far, everyone has been very professional, and we've been pretty satisfied. Besides, their representatives were very responsive and polite.
Usually, we have to wait for them to get on the line, but they're helpful when I actually get to talk to someone.
They attend you really well. I've only used them for flushing the HVAC, you know, maintenance. They were in and out really fast. It was completely fabulous.
I called them after seeing it in an advertisement. I've heard of other home warranty companies and Landmark has been the best one of them all. They have very good and strong customer support to process claims and answer questions. Both the phone and online support work well. I've had a couple of claims for my washer and I think they have very good coverage. They actually increased the amount of things that they cover rather than reduce it.
For the most part, Landmark is a great company. I have had to file a few warranty claims and Landmark has processed them all.
It has been good so far. They've been pretty responsive each time I inquired about warranty issues. I had something go wrong with my AC unit, so I called and within a couple of hours I got something scheduled. In a few hours they came out, took a look at it, and got it fixed. Everything is doing well, and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a warranty.
