The few times that we had to call them, we've been satisfied with the work that was done. I recently used it for one of our water heaters. It went out so we called them. They did replace the heater, but they charged us extra for things. I guess it's just the staff that they don't cover.
The online claim process was very easy. The contractor was dispatched timely.
About a month ago our garbage disposal needed to be replaced. They came right out and just did it. That has been my only experience with them, but it was great.
They generally get back to you pretty quick when you request for help online. The problem I had was that they generally use smaller companies, or just one-man teams, and you can't find anything about these people coming to your house. Besides that, I'd say that during the day, the support team is fine. However, the support at night is lacking.
There have been times where I have gotten very good, prompt, and efficient service. I've also had occasions where it seems like they don't care about me because I don't get any call backs. My most recent experience was one of the good ones. We had a leak in our roof so I called Landmark and got in touch with their contractor. They contacted me literally minutes after I got off the phone with Landmark and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. Everything that we've needed so far has been covered.
I've only used the service once, and it was good.
Our calls have been answered properly, and they've successfully scheduled contractors to come out and do the work we needed. It's been a positive experience.
My dishwasher had a broken faulty part, so I called them and they gave me the technician's number. He was able to get it fixed within a week. They are quick once I give them a call about a claim and are in general very easy to use.
They are fine. It took them 6 days to get my water heater repaired when it broke. It took them that long because of the weekend in the middle, but even if they take a long time it's easy to get a hold of them. The service has been useful.
