They are friendly and knowledgeable. We had a problem with our dishwasher and they came out to look at it and fixed the problem. Everything is working well with them so far.
I've used them already, and it's been great! You call them up and tell them you have a claim, and they're right on top of it. My garage door stopped working, and within a few seconds of hanging up with the, I had a call from the company that was going to come out and fix the garage door.
I have worked with the Landmark people a couple of times and their customer service is great. We have used the warranty for our air conditioning and for our furnace as well. They cover everything important that we would ever need to take care of. We are impressed.
Customer support was very good, they did what they were asked to do. They just sent over a guy, and fixed my disposal in 2 days.
The issue I had was resolved. It took a long time to get a service provider so that was hard but landmark helped the process
Very responsive, always willing to accommodate us. Have never had a repair representative that was anything but polite, informative, willing to answer questions and will go out of their way to keep us informed as to the appointment and repair process. A home warranty with Landmark is very much worth the money!
I purchased a Landmark Home Warranty for a second property because I like them. Their representatives are very helpful and informative. I already used their service for my A/C. They just set up the appointment, the appointment person called me, and just came out and completed the service.
It's been great, whenever I needed the air conditioner to be fixed, the furnace to be serviced, or something to be tuned up, they've always got right back with me. They call me, get things on schedule, and check back to make sure that everything goes well with every visit. They're just a very good company. One time, my washing machine wasn't draining, so I called them. I got somebody out here right that day, and Landmark called me the day after to make sure it had all been fixed. We needed too use it once for a leak that we had in our AC pipe. They sent out Ego Air people to come and look at it. Every time they came, they sent somebody different, and each one told us the problem was a different thing. Sometimes they said it was a problem that wouldn't be covered and other times they said it would be covered. Landmark hasn't been able to get a hold of Ego Air yet to come and fix the problem, so we are still waiting on them.
