Everything is fine, we've had them over a couple of times for the furnace and air conditioner.
Our experience was very positive. We had some issues with insects, and they responded the same afternoon to set an appointment. The person came out 2 days later and took care of it.
I didn't really choose the service myself, it was part of the sale price of the house when I bought it. Still, their follow up is really good and they seem to be a very reputable company so far. When I needed my air conditioning's motor to be fixed I just called them. They set up an appointment for me and everything went fairly smoothly. The contractor called me within 28 to 48 after the initial call and they showed up to the appointment. Their coverage is good and is easy to use it.
It has been great. I needed it for our ceiling fan work, they came out and fixed it. They also came when I needed a water heater to be replaced and they got the job done really well too.
Either my realtor or my mortgage company got it for me, I don't know which one did it. I think they're an okay service but not quite exceptional. There was an incident recently where my water heater needed some repairs. I called in on a Saturday and tried to get someone as soon as possible, but the plumber they gave me wouldn't be able to come until Wednesday. They did try to get me someone else, but they couldn't. They have been very good when I ask questions or call up, they always respond really quickly. They've taken good care of any problems we had. For instance, we had an issue with the dishwasher on a brand new property that I manage and we set up an appointment. The technician came ahead of time and fixed the problem. He was very efficient.
Overall quick repsonse and follow up. The representatives are friendly and knowledgable!
Our home had Landmark when we bought it, so we decided to just continue with the service. They're great and helped me fix my washer right away when it broke.
They've done a very good job for us, everything goes well and everything gets fixed quickly. We've used it twice, once when we had a leak in the basement and another time when the water heater broke. They came out and fixed both of those problems within a couple of days. They people that showed up did so when they said they would and everything went smoothly.
