It came included when we bought our house, it was what the agent gave us. Both times we needed them, they were very quick to get the help to us. The first time it was the electrical panel; our lights were flashing on and off, and they came out. Turns out we had a bad electrical panel, and they fixed that. Then our air conditioning wasn't working, and we had to have them come out for that, and it was fixed.
I've had no problems with them. I called them when my air conditioning went out and they got a technician to come out and he got the repair done.
There was an occasion where one of our garage doors had a problem. They sent somebody over, checked it out, found the issue, fixed it, and now we're back in order. I'm actually happy with the service because they do everything. Plus, I sleep more now.
Most of the time, they are passionate and efficient. One time our toilet was leaking, so we used our warranty to have a plumber come out. He was able to come and get it done by the next day. The warranty comes with a lot of services and a good range of things they cover, especially considering the price.
Just recently, I had my dish washer break down, and they took care of the issue. Also, their representatives have always been helpful and positive.
The service was purchased by the house seller. I once had a leaky washing machine, so I called Landmark. They sent a guy out to fix it, but it cost me 65 bucks.
Customer support was very efficient, very quick, very helpful and easy. It worked out well. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable. He had a very good communication, and it was just very helpful and very easy. Everything was done really quickly.
I've only need to use my policy once but I believe Landmark Home Warranty offers a good product.
I mean, it's just standard procedure to just contact Landmark, let them know that I have an issue, and they send someone tot check it out. If there's a problem, the contractors will recommend a solution, send it to Landmark for approval and that's what happens. All of the items that we have had repaired have been covered. There's some items, like air conditioners that are actually broken and don't operate anymore that they won't cover.
