Usually every year my AC goes out, so I've gotta have them come out and do a repair. Our refrigerator shut off once, and they came out and fixed that, no problem. They've always been prompt and got somebody out here to make needed repairs, and I've never had a claim denied or cancelled or anything. I already have had it for about 5 years and I don't have any problem with Landmark Home Warranty.
They've been pretty awesome actually. I called them once after we moved in because we had issues with the light switches and a tub that wasn't working. I called the warranty and they were great in providing immediate service. They got me connected with an electrician and a plumber who came out to fix it. Actually, I think that the electrician never never came or contacted me. When Landmark followed up with me, I told them about that. Good Service, fast response, friendly employees
My refrigerator and water heater went out in the same day right before thanksgiving. They were so quick to get people out to service and approve the repairs to get me back up and running quickly. We are very happy with the service. All the reps I talked to were amazing.
I just needed to get my locks changed out for a new house that I purchased, and although my experience with them is limited, it has been good.
I get pretty good feedback and service from them. I had plumbing issues and I opened a ticket to report it. Within 1 hour, they got me in touch with a company and it all went according to the schedule. Everything was done professionally.
My husband is the one that usually deals with them, but the few times I have done it they have been fine. We had a plumbing and air conditioning problem and those are the only two times we've had to call them. There are a few things that I wish were included in the warranty. We have to take care of those things ourselves and luckily it has been ok so far.
they are not available on weekends- our a/c unit broke on a Friday night and we had to wait until Monday afternoon to get it fixed in the middle of summer. Service was excellent and the unit was fixed properly just not in a timely manner
They are very responsive and clear. They are able to resolve any issues I have. Recently our water heater broke and all I had to do was call them to schedule a replacement. Price-wise they are very competitive too.
