I had a good experience with them and then I had a second experience where it was just a little difficult to get a hold of somebody. I know it's all the rage in 2017 but you get on a telephone loop where you go around and around and around and you just don't get anybody on the phone. My realtor got me the phone to get directly on touch with the higher OP, but in general it was not very helpful. On both occasions it was the same problem actually. Only used them once and everything wasgreat.
Recently, I've had to use it twice, one for the garage door and the other for the dishwasher. For both occasions, we just called them, scheduled an appointment, and they called to make sure that the contractor had contacted us. After that, they call us to make sure that the service is done. The warranty covers more items than what I thought it did, and I've really enjoyed their costumer service. They are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met.
Slow response to cases and the contractors are not the top of the line contractors

They have been pretty helpful whenever I needed them. All I've had done is maintenance to my heater system since I might need it next month. The guy came out and told me I could move the heater and have some modifications done to it, work that could be done under the warranty. So far I've had a good experience with them.
The service came with the house and it has worked well.
So far we've had a great experience. They are very supportive and easy to talk to. I get treated like a human being and the girl that I spoke to was wonderful. She set everything up in a few minutes. I also get another gentleman that calls me to follow up and make sure that everything was fixed well. When our garage door broke, we called them on Saturday and by Monday at 1 o'clock it was fixed. When I bought my condo in AZ, the seller supplied me with a one year Landmark Home Warranty policy. I had some electrical problems and called Landmark. They contacted an electrical company for me and I had the problem fixed in no time. I was really impressed because they called the day after my repair to make sure everything was working OK. Great company. I just had to call them again for another issue and this company has THE BEST customer service I've seen in years.
