They do very good. Whenever we need something, we just call them. Other than that, nothing else happens.
Slow responses to orders. Vendors are sometimes undependable.
Our faucet broke in the kitchen, and the plumber took a while to come over. He couldn't fix it correctly, so we just had another plumber come and replumb the whole house. Our good experience was when our A/C and pool filter got fixed; they did it like they should have. It was really good. Overall, Landmark is good, however, the contractors that they send over have not done well.
I've had a really amazing experience. It originally came with the purchase of my house and I called them for a few problems. They've sent people to service my appliances, furnace, garage door, dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and they also helped me with some shelves. They've done a really efficient and thorough job fixing everything. The people that they send to do the work are very accommodating, sociable, and nice. I've had to use them several times to fix the plumbing, toilet, and air conditioners. It has been fine for the most part. Though some of the companies they've send have been a bit shady and I didn't like them. I've had to call Landmark twice for some issues because the original contractor wouldn't do a good job.
Every time I call, I talk to someone very friendly and very helpful. I actually used them for pest control, and they were able to connect me to a company and send a person out pretty quickly. There's one thing that I noticed though; my payments to Landmark were a little more expensive than what the pest control would have been.
Hard to schedule a good luck vendor, don't cover everything that came in my house.
We chose them because of their service, price, and good response. It has been excellent so far, they have taken care of giving us someone to fix the problems we have. They also follow up to make sure the problem has been fixed. Their customer support is excellent. We had a problem with the air-conditioner, so we called Landmark and they sent someone out. It was fixed in 2 days. We're very satisfied with it. We're planning on staying with it.
