They've been very easy to work with, very friendly, and helpful throughout our claims. I had a plumbing issue, and my contact when I called Landmark was great help! He gave me an estimate of when I would hear from the vendors that would come over, and followed up with the process from beginning to end, making sure we were satisfied with their service.
They are really easy to talk to and very professional. They're clear about what they're saying and very helpful. We just had our water heater replaced, it was very simple. We just called the company to come and fix it for us. They've helped us a lot in the last two years.
My garage door's motor broke, and they sent somebody out to replace it. I only paid $60, and they had replaced it within 2 days. It was awesome! Their customer service has been very good and thorough with any issues we've had. It was definitely a very positive experience!

I called them to get one of my appliances fixed. They just took down my information, the providers called soon after and came over. It was a pretty seamless process. they've done a good job.
It's been a very positive experience. They fixed my A/C, and it took them about 3 days to make sure everything got fixed. It was just excellent.
They take care of my situations as soon as possible. On an occasion, my disposal wasn't really working, so they sent someone out to look at it and fix it. The only reason I'm not completely happy with the pricing is because of the copay. Other than that it has been good so far.
