They have a quick response do a good job following up once the service is done. Recently I had issues with my water softener, so I gave them a call. Within a day or two, they had someone here to fix that. They always come through for us, that's why I've had it for 4 years so far. They always give me a lot of options of what I want to cover in my home warranty, and they usually cover a lot of the most expensive things to replace. They are just overall a great company, and I recommend them.

Their customer support has been great. I've only had to use the service once, and they were great. My oven would not turn off, and when I called, they were very professional. The company that they sent out to take care of my oven was also very professional.
I've called customer service a couple of times, once just to get to know about the plan and the other to actually make a claim and things went smoothly on both occasions. The claim I made was because my water heater broke. I called and asked if it was under warranty and it was, so they send a plumber out to determine what needed to be done. The plumber also gave us an idea of how much the replacement we needed would cost and gave us the option of getting cash and replacing it all myself. Landmark sent a technician out right away, about the next day or so, when my AC blower went out. I actually had the part in my truck, so they were able to fix it pretty quickly. On top of that, the representatives have been pretty good.
The few times I've talked to their representatives, they've been pleasant enough and helpful; they got me set up. Unfortunately, the first time I called them, the part that needed to be fixed wasn't covered by the warranty, but I did appreciate their prompt response on sending a guy over.
The customer support is really good. I can contact them through the phone or online and they're pretty responsive regardless. I paid extra for the pool support system. The motor of the filter broke once and I just took a picture of the model number, emailed them with it, and submitted a ticket. They sent me an email with the contractor info, so I got in touch with them and they were out here within 2-3 business days. It was all done in 3 days. We used it about a month ago to fix the garage door. The service is actually pretty good and kind of efficient. I just make a call and then the person that does the service comes out and does the job very quickly. On that occasion he did it within an hour and it was pretty good.
