The website is user friendly, so it's easy to go online and request a service. Also, customer support has always been fast to respond, and they've offered a friendly service. I was very impressed when they came to fix our plumbing leakage. They discovered that the pipes weren't built properly, and that it was going to be a bigger job than expected, so they called Landmark to see if it was covered. Thankfully, it was, and I'm glad that it wouldn't fall back on me.
Landmark was included with the sale of our home. They helped us with replacing our water heater and they were very prompt about that. It pretty much covers all of our needs.
They always answer my questions and I've never had any problems with any of my claims. When my AC went out on a Friday evening I just called in and the repair man showed up on Monday morning to fix it. Customer service is knowledgeable and makes things easy for me when I call them. I'm satisfied with Landmark.
Customer service has been good and they respond very quickly. I'm really happy with Landmark but I get requests for feed back, emails, and phone calls everyday. It's like they want me to pat them on the back and it's getting too tedious.
Sometimes the contractor they chose is not the best. My husband ended up fixing our A/C the kid said pan was rusted. It was plastic the problem was it wasn't in correctly
The more I need them, the less it seems they cover.
I got it since it was recommended by my realtor. A couple of months after I moved something went wrong with the furnace. So, I contacted Landmark about that and I got a technician out here to fix it.
They have been very helpful and respectful. Once my ceiling fan wasn't working, so I gave them a call and they sent someone out to fix it. The only possible thing they improve on is the time it takes them to send help out.
Customer service is very quick and knowledgeable. When my appliance lost power I called them and they turned them back on.
