They are friendly, quick, and efficient. We have used the warranty to fix some things. One of them was a leak in our kitchen that their plumber took care of. Another time our pool motor burned out and they came out and replaced it.
I've had great experience with them, they're helpful. I've also used my warranty more than once. I needed to make sure my water heater was functioning correctly, and the plumbers came out and did a great job. They've offered great electricians as well.
It has been excellent. I once called Landmark and told them we had a clogged pipe. They arranged for a plumbing company to handle it for us, and it was done appropriately. Their follow up and customer service is excellent.
So far you guys have been good. I think your coverage and rates could be better tho.
I'm a realtor and I've recommended it to my clients. I used to have a different warranty company, but this one is better. They do most of the things they say they're going to do. Most of the time is fine, but sometimes it takes them too long to order parts and things like that. I've have some of my clients tell me the have trouble with Landmark when they first start using it, in the end they do what they're supposed to do though.
The service was good. We used them to re-key the locks. They set up the appointment and the guy came out as scheduled. We're satisfied.
When our water heater went out, the person they wanted to send our way wasn't local. He was 2 hours away from our town and we had to wait until it was convenient for him to come. That was 4 days later! That was the only experience we've had and it wasn't that great.
Last time I used it was for a yearly furnace clean out. They couldn't get me the company that I had gone with the year before, so I wasn't all that happy with that. The warranty doesn't really cover much, at least not considering the amount money that I'm paying.
Kept us up to date on everything going on. Only needed one service call but was a breeze.
