Most of the time, our concerns and questions are addressed immediately and efficiently. The most memorable occasion when we used the service was when a line out in the street in front of our house was making everything overflow. The faucets, tubs, and any other drain would overflow. They came and thought they had it cleared, but it ended up getting plugged back up. They had to come back and get it unplugged again, but I was impressed. We have had problems with the HVAC systems, and they were able to get someone scheduled to come out very quickly. The service was excellent! Their feedback, and making sure the job was done, was excellent. On top of that, they offer an excellent customer support. They're very polite, attentive, and do a good job following up with you. I didn't really have much of a say when I got it, the mortgage company kind of assigned it to me. So far we haven't had any issues and they tend to work really fast. On an occasion our garbage disposal broke down, so we called them. We got a hold of their contractor very quickly, but he couldn't come out for two weeks. We called Landmark back and they approved a different contractor so that they could come more quickly. So far there hasn't been any situation where they were unable to fix something.
Every time I call them, the response I've gotten has been good and I get the contractor out the very next day. When my house's AC was not working someone told me that that it was the heater and that that would be a major expense. When I called the warranty they just sent out someone who saw that the problem was AC and told me it just needed a minor fix. It was all done with just one call and my problem was fixed. They're always available and very immediate in their service.

We've only used it once and it was very good. We made a phone call and someone was scheduled to come out.
Scheduled re key service landmark came back very fast but had to schedule service with the provider. Which took a long time. However once the person came for the service it was fast.
They came to my house when i purchased it and they came and changed the locks, which i was super grateful for! When my oven broke, they would’ve charged me more for them to come fix it, than the oven was even worth! So I didn’t really appreciate that and i had to buy an entire new oven.
