we called early august you assigned cox plumbing for our job they came we waited two weeks for part they installed part next day the hot water heater had same problem we called you but cox plumbing never came back, so therefore we've had a broken heater for one and half months. i don't think thats good service.
Had to buy new waterheater. Charged me for it instead of insurance. Saw on landmark what it cost them25$and charged me 310$.

By the time this gets resolved, I will be out of a refrigerator for over a month.
I'm very disappointed with Landmark. I have an AC repair that has been open since July 25, 2022 and I'm still waiting for my AC to be repaired.

They were unwilling to listen to our complaint about the contractor they had sent to repair our air conditioner. It took over 2 weeks to get them to our house, and when he left, the air conditioner was creating heat all the time.
Can't get our issues resolved and they keep telling us the check is in the mail but no check.
I was told my faucets were covered and I needed to find a plumber and get an estimate. I did this and had to pay $285.00 for him to come out and look at it. Then I was told to send the estimate to jennifer, which I did. I was told the estimate was not clear enough so I sent another one. After all this I was then told my claim wasn’t covered.
