I have no idea how this company has a good review. Do more in-depth research rather than on sites like this where they're paid by the companies to bury bad review. Where to even begin. They would not order our oven until we told them it would fit. How would we know that? We don't know how to take an oven out to measure the opening? We have been without an oven for a month and a half, and our oven still has not been ordered!
It's been over a month and my problem not resolved. I have called and they say waiting on repair company report. Repair company told me sent it over the day after they were here..
Unreliable contractors, csr called me a liar
My A/C unit stopped working. The AC company that was assigned to fix the problem only would come once per day and come back a week later,then misdiagnosed the AC problem 3 times. Landmark home warranty was just as bad or worse on this situation. The way Landmark handled this AC problem was very disappointing. Refused to cover my claim. Said my coverage had been frozen for 3 years, but still collected premiums
Entire AC system needs replacing which is 22 years old. Warranty covered only a few parts which the contractor said would put us in a dangerous position due to the worn out system. Less than 1/10th offered in cash by Landmark towards replacing system. Terrible
We have had Landmark for five years. Other than yearly check ups and a $35 part these were our only claims until this year. Our home is 29 years old and as the car industry states, all original parts. First our water softener, Landmark had us find a contractor, thus we had to pay upfront. Took Landmark 5 weeks to reimburse us. One of our water heaters went next. That went well. No the air-conditioning. Once again we had to find our own contractor. I'm very disappointed with service (lack thereof) and the long drawn out resolution of any claims. In October 2021 I filled a claim for pool pump in which Landmark replaced the pump with a used/REBUILT pump. Another issue followed I again paid the deductible and capacitor was replaced. I can't comprehend why rebuilt/used parts are installed. Most recently refrigerator/ ice machine issue.
