My fridge still ins't fixed and I haven't received a phone call from anyone letting me know what's going on!
This was the first good experience I've had with Landmark. The first contractor had a horrible rating. 2 calls later, I had a good repair company.
My real estate agent paid for full coverage including the hvac system only to find out that they exclude zone systems. They would not cover a simple thermostat claiming it was a zone controller and not a thermostat. Their customer service supervisor would not return my calls for over a month and yet I received calls every other day to renew my warranty policy. Absolute waste of time and money.

The quality of contractors has changed. The customer service has also decreased significantly"multiple calls are necessary after the initial service request and the wait time for disposition has increased from days to weeks. Very disappointing. I no longer recommend Landmark

Landmark has been terrible to work with and I would advise not going with them. Their support call staff was unprofessional. Not only did they actively avoid solving my problem but have now made it so that I will receive ZERO value from the warranty leading us to loose out on thousands of dollars in home repairs that should have been covered by our warranty. This has been extremely frustrating!
I had my refrigerator looked at by a technician 2 weeks ago no one has not contacted me on what needs to be repaired. I've called several times and left messages NOTHING
You did not use a local provider used one of the Tucson Arizona that was unable to do the work
7 calls 3/17/22 to get a service; went to foreign countries twice and couldn't understand them, 2 answered the phone with a different company name and it took them a few minutes to remember they were also LANDMARK, got one guy who couldn't be heard and he said he call me back-didn't, got transferred around 2 times with no service contract initiated. My water heater broke and needs replacement. I filed a claim with Landmark nine days ago. They first company they sent out didn't even show up. The second company the following day recommended a complete replacement. I've received no updates or communications from Landmark.
