Landmark selects the least competent individuals to complete their jobs. And when an expensive claim arises, they will come up with excuses instead of money, leaving you the bill for repairs they should have paid. Further, they also make it extremely time-consuming and tedious to cancel the policy. In brief: save money, pay for repairs yourself, and avoid these wretched people.

Made me wait for 1 week for repair on water heater. And had to pay for second service call repair not fixed first call.

Called in an emergency work request on Saturday for the non functioning AC. They were able to send someone out that day. According to the contractor i need a new compressor and fan motor. I live in Tucson where it is over 100 degrees every day. The temperature in my house is over 90 degrees with an outside temp of 103! My mom, a senior citizen , is here. After being on hold for hours trying to get some action all I get is a run around. Once I finally get my AC repaired I'm looking for a new home warranty company.

WORST service, nothing resolved. Long phone waits to speak to uncaring personnel. WASTE of money!!

What Major failure in customer satisfaction. Landmark Home Warranty obviously does not research their service providers. All review sites averaged 2 1/2 stars for the electrical provider they dispatched. Mediocrity might be the service bar for Landmark but at the price I paid customers deserve better. They assigned me All American Electrical Services who came out and tightened the wires on my dishwasher outlet and collected $75 and left. If you love people that are unresponsive, rude, dismissive, then this might be the company for you! The MINIMUM wait time to talk to ANYONE is 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once you get on the phone with someone they can't answer any questions. If you ask to talk to a manager, there's another 45 minutes to an hour on hold. If the manager isn't available (which they never are) they will call you back within 48 hours, which they don't. They don't respond to emails either.
