They always pick the cheapest and most incompetent company to come to your house.. Hold times to talk to them about a work order can take hours (On hold). They just don't care.
The service used to be amazing. I am a Realtor and y'all are the company I always refer. Lately, y'all have gone a terrible job of taking care of my clients. I try to call my new rep That I have been assigned to since (I switched Real Estate Offices), and he is absolutely horrible. He doesn't respond when I need help for my clients. Now I am going to have to make the decision on what company to move to for all my clients and myself... :(

Keep away. Deserve zero stars. Was a great company in 2019. Happy then. In 2020 they Landmark are the worst. Slow communication . Weeks go by without any action or resolution. I sincerely recommend do not do business with this company.
This company has questionable business practices and terrible customer service. I made a service call, the technician (who was excellent) came out, but the service was apparently not covered under my warranty. He had to wait on hold with Landmark for 45 minutes to find this out. I had to pay him out of pocket to do the repair ($175), but Landmark still charged me a $70 fee for calling the technician to come out. very poor customer service and follow through
Because the first time I needed them it was on a Saturday at noon when my heater suddenly stopped working, and having a baby and a 5 year old girl in the house, having the heater working was a priority. So I call them and they created a service ticket and said that someone would be getting in touch with us in 4 hours. What they didn't say is that the company they contacted was closed already for the weekend and they would be opening back on Monday morning. Have followed their promise of covrage on all claims
My dishwasher needed a new motor, rather than replace the motor they offered us a new white unit but our unit is stainless steel and there was no offer to replace "in-kind". We then had a shower faucet leak and Landmark would ONLY cover the cost of the new unit plus installation and they would not cover the cost of the exterior wall demo or repair nor would they cover the cost of piping modifications needed for the new faucet.
