The warranty Doesn't cover anything would mu h rather have the cash in hand to cover the repairs needed instead of fighting with a middle man company

The area that our property is located at Landmark does not have enough contacts for repair. When they did send someone up to tune up the AC unit the company didn't do a thing and we ended up paying for a Tech to come and get it running and Landmark did not refund us for what they said they would.
They answer service service call in a timely matter

We have gotten tons of incorrect information spanning over a couple weeks about our claim. The Rep has been incredibly unprofessional and uneducated. Horrible service. We also are not able to get through when we call and are never called back.
