Lied to about hot water tank being in stock when I released the order. It was not until 3 days later when I called to check on the status, I was told I would be called back within an hour with an update. When I did not receive a call 3 hours later I called back and I was told that the tank was just ordered that day. Who knows how long it would have been to get my hot water tank if I did not call them back.
When I called to have the HVAC service you recommended, I was given Key Elements Inc to do the job, I paid the $60 service fee. When I looked up the company they had 9 reviews, 8 were 1 star stating how horrible this company & Damien the owner was. I called back & spoke to Shila who informed me there was nothing she could do to give me a better company she said all the jobs are computer generated.. Warranty service was a phone call away when the disposal went out. Renewal process was fast and easu andthe service advisor was essy to work with. Fred F did a commendable job. Thanks for the help.
All the contractors know what is not covered over 10 service calls not one got fix for the $75.00 dollars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WARRANTY.
First attempt at a claim as my furnace was malfunctioning. Got told that since heat was still coming out of it, there would be no coverage and I was on my own. Customer rep stated he had never heard of the problem (fan won't turn off unless fuse is disconnected), even though when I type in "Furnace fan.." in google and the first suggestion is "won't turn off". Worthless so far.
I have a hot tub that is under warranty and states that it is under the contract. There was a problem with the heater which was not in the notes for the home inspection because the inspector did not see the issue. I sent over all my documents as proof this was not a pre existing issue and continue to be denied. I have now excited a week for another response and have yet to receive one.
When it came time to pay for my refrigerator, they waited until they found a serviceman who woould "find" something to void my contract.
Poor follow through. Takes forever. No contact person.
