It takes a long time for repairs and the contractors that they send out are awful.

Landmark Home Warranty is a slow unprofessional warranty company. It’s been a week since I called for service on my AC. I still have not been contacted by email or by phone to schedule a contractor. I have been calling Landmark daily if not several times a day. It is blowing warm air in 95 to 103 degree's weather. My family and I are dying of heat and can’t sleep. My furnace went out three weeks ago. Called Landmark on a Thursday morning. They said someone would contact me before the end of the day to schedule service. No call. I finally called back at 445 pm. Apparently, the message that they needed to call the service provider never went out. I placed an emergency call on a Saturday because my furnace stopped working and it was freezing outside. Thank goodness I owned a space heater because they did not send a technician out until the following Wednesday and then after his "inspection" I was told there were parts missing from the unit and that my home inspection shows the unit was never working.
