Simple repairs good, major repairs a lot of added expense for repair to be done

Hold time to reach customer service is over 1 hour each phone call. Emails sent to Landmark representatives go unanswered. Still waiting for covered ac to be repaired.

They have covered many things in my home but this last incident they ÒlostÓ the paperwork and then when I called I was on hold for 45 minutes and when I got a call back it was 5+ hours later and I could not take the call because I was at work or busy with other things. Never had that problem in the past so it was surprising to me.

Worst experience EVER! We’ve been with Landmark since 2013 and only needed to use our warranty for the first time 2 years ago. Process was simple. Last month, our hot water heater went out. When Taylor called to update us on getting a plumber out, she said it would be 4 days before someone could get out to our home...4 days in a major metropolitan city!! While I understand being without hot water is not an emergency, this young gal told us very rudely and multiple times that there are other ways to take a hot shower! I asked... read more

I don't feel like a priority, ticket #2071385 has been open for over a month and no repairs have been made

They are quick to answer the phone and take the $60 but when the repairman comes out to get approval on a job, they won’t answer the phone. They also don’t respond to our concerns.

Horrible service response over an hour every time you call do not receive a call back

I have had 2 occurrences now where I used the online app to prepay for service calls and found out yesterday that both had failed. If you're going to have a service on the web ste please make sure it works
