4 with contractors; Customer Services was hard to understand over the phone, seemed in a hurry, related wrong info to contractor - but otherwise 3 experience.

The contractor they sent to repair our roof didn‚Äôt even get on the roof to look. Said the solar needed to be removed before he could do anythinf.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I cannot stress enough how much you will regret your decision to go with Landmark. You will wait on hold forever. You will have customer service reps ask a million questions in an attempt to deny you coverage. You will get incompetent service people assigned to fix your problems. Then the company will just cycle you in this endless loop of stupid that will keep you without working appliances. STAY AWAY. If you foolishly choose to proceed, I get to say I told you so. Don’t be a moron.

Not able to fix my problem and won't use a new tool..

They did Not follow up on two of our claims. Paid for 5 months of them providing no service. I'll never use them again.

We have landmark as our home warranty and so far our experience with them has been horrible. We have a problem with our stove hood, the fan and vent is not working and have been trying desperately to get in touch with the home warranty to have it fixed in vain. They did initially send a tech out to look at it six months ago and paid the $75 but since then it's been us trying to do follow up on the issue and the company going silent. 6 months of desperate attempts to have an issue fixed and practically being ignored! Pay $80/month w/ Landmark w/ $70 service fee. Fridge & Dishwasher claim: Came up w/ 3 "different" responses all giving some reason why they won't cover the refrigerator door. Repaired dishwasher soap dispenser for $94 BUT refused any racks "listed as not covered". The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is they fixed the dishwasher. In essence paid $150 for a $94 part & labor for February.
