Landmark personnel are not conversant with coverage, and it seems to vary with whom you contact. We were told an AC issue was not covered, then it was, then it wasn’t. They referred us to a positively incompetent HVAC company 40 miles away, (we live in an urban area), who took three tries to get the repair done, caused water damage to the ceiling, still unrepaired, and Landmark assumes no responsibility for “secondary” coverage. Needed warranty service twice in 30 days. Landmark connected me to qualified contractors who responded well and did good work.

Dispute concerning a knob replacement on my oven. They replaced it then the oven overheated from the repair but now they will not replace it. I cannot get anyone to address this.

Not very happy, Plumbing System covered items said PRESSURE REGULATORS are covered but of course when plumber comes he is informed by Landmark it is located outside the main foundation so not covered. Well, yes, pressure regulators are installed at the incoming hose bibs into main water source for house. So, in Arizona, pressure Regulators are NOT COVERED. They think of anyway not cover something. Now I have a $250 repair that should have been covered.
