AC inoperable. 5 days after call still no response. Had to call back in 2 days after tech was out. Say it’s not covered due to lack of maintenance. We’ve owned the home 2 years and had it inspected and serviced by a licensed HVAC company. Complete BS...save your money. Don’t buy a warranty from this company. Been a RE Broker for 25 years. That’s what I get for not using an established company.

I made a claim on a broker water heater, and rather than fix the issue they attempted repair despite Sub-contractor recommendation that the unit be replaced. Repair failed, and I incurred more service charges, more cost and damages to drywall and paint that they would not address.

They sent a repair guy out, and he reset something, got it working again (for a few days), and said it needed some parts ordered, that he would come out when they arrived. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. Nothing since then. Then I inquire with them today since the issue has gotten worse, and they call me back saying it's denied because the previous owner didn't clean out the duct enough.
