Poor service regarding my air conditioner
AC inoperable. 5 days after call still no response. Had to call back in 2 days after tech was out. Say it’s not covered due to lack of maintenance. We’ve owned the home 2 years and had it inspected and serviced by a licensed HVAC company. Complete BS...save your money. Don’t buy a warranty from this company. Been a RE Broker for 25 years. That’s what I get for not using an established company.
I made a claim on a broker water heater, and rather than fix the issue they attempted repair despite Sub-contractor recommendation that the unit be replaced. Repair failed, and I incurred more service charges, more cost and damages to drywall and paint that they would not address.

Fridge went down was backup and running within 24 hours after the service call.

They sent a repair guy out, and he reset something, got it working again (for a few days), and said it needed some parts ordered, that he would come out when they arrived. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. Nothing since then. Then I inquire with them today since the issue has gotten worse, and they call me back saying it's denied because the previous owner didn't clean out the duct enough.
I can never be sure they will cover something that breaks.
You don't exactly get what you pay for. Our service contractor left everything worse than before. The communication has been terrible.
