When I have no water in my house over a long weekend, and the person on the phone deems it a nonemergency, we never receive a call back even after asking for one from the person we spoke to or from the manager or from the plumber they said that they had called. I am a disabled vet and have 4 lives in my house that require water. I could understand if it was only hot water since we are in Texas and its summer.

Stay away from this company like the plaque. They are a total scam. They will find ANY reason to not pay you. I have had a Landmark Warranty for four years and have spent over $2200 for the warranty premiums in that time. During the four years I've had 3-4 claims and gotten 0 value from them. I've been extremely disappointed with their service on every one. Some examples: I had pool coverage. I had a leaking filter that was clearly covered. They only have two contractors in our area and one has terrible reviews and the other did a lousy job for us. They used our inside coils to get out of a return call. We had to call someone else not using Lamdmark who fixed our AC and said it was the circuit breaker and had nothing to do with the coils. They and their contractors just appear to not want to honor the return call. Landmark of course does not cover coil cleaning and the contractor just wanted to make money off contract.

Can we leave zero stars? In a nutshell Landmark Home Warrenty simply does not honor its own contract. They want you to update to systems to comply with regulations that do not go into effect until 2020. A repair of our AC unit (compressor) was turned down leaving us without AC in Texas for two weeks while we volleyed back and fourth regarding tearing out our unit to comply with 2020 regulations (costing us upwards of 3k). their own service advisor told them this was uneccessary and excessive.
