Purchased a home warranty in March to cover home, including AC units and swimming pool. In May opened pool. Everything worked for a week, then pump controller stopped working. Filed service ticket with Landmark. They replied they couldn't find a pool service company and I'd have to find my own. Took a while to find one myself and had them come out. Horrible contractor with no other choice for one, did not do his job. Was there 3 minutes, LM sides with his analysis that was never done.

Have not had any help from them. I used the re key service and I still paid for all of it.

the vendors are terrible. The service providers they send do not call to set up appointments, do not show up for the scheduled repair, are not recommended providers.

We paid for them to do a spring checkup on our a/c unit and when it failed a week later after a clean bill of health they expected us to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to the contractor before they would consider covering anything. We ended up having a reputable contractor come and replace our system on our own dime after a few second opinions
