Don't waste your money Air condition went out. Landmark assigned a company to fix it. The company no-showed their appointment. I called the day after and they told me they weren't going to do the service and they would let Landmark know. Landmark assigned it to someone else. That took another 2 days for the repair tech to come out. He came out and I needed a new outdoor fan motor. I called the tech the next day for status, and they said landmark had not given authorization and they were still waiting to hear back from Land m... read more

Horrible customer service. They sent out a garage door tech who did not know how to evaluate my garage door opener properly

Landmark does not provide exceptional service. They do not care about their clients; use the cheapest contractors; no warranties on work performed and everything is an exclusion. Read your contract before you buy. There are better home warranty companies out there. You call customer service to get assistance and have to be put on hold because the representatives have to check everything out with their "supervisor" before they can provide you service. I canceled my service because No matter how much you add in they have little ins and outs to keep from paying for your issue. You have to use their company's, then after you pay them $60 they tell you it's not covered. I am truly disappointed

The service I used them for took way too long, and was mismanaged. Repairs were not satisfactory.

So frustrated. On hold for over 1 hour and 15 minutes each time I have called Landmark. I have been trying to get my AC fixed for a week now. This is the 4th phone call this week. The quickest phone response time has been a 45 min wait. Scheduling took have someone come to the home took 4 days. He came to diagnose and fix the problem. He spent 30 minutes and couldn't figure it out so he left. I am back to calling Landmark again to send someone out. On hold again for an hour and half. Still no response. On hold and waiting. The subcontractor they use doesn't fit the problem or returns calls I'm not paying another fee to come out and not fix the problem I'll just hire a Reparable contractor to do the work

They will it answer me regarding replacement if hot water heater the LTC inspection warranty will pay but you all will not tell them you will not as was told to me by telephone
