They have done what they said they were going to do. They check to see if the contractors are setting up appointments. They follow through.

They could not get the contractor to come to my house.

For what it’s worth I’m an individual who typically leaves a review when treated fairly and don’t leave one when the service is back, but on this, I feel as if I’m inclined to leave a review. I am disappointed in landmark for contracting with AVA repair service. This repair shop has a careless and rude approach to customer service when discussing timeline services (knowing when a part will arrive, and how far out they book the appt when it happens to arrive at their shop). I am still waiting for a replacement part with no timeline given for receiving it or scheduling an appt for install. The hot water heater in my garage gave out and flooded my garage and the contents. I called Landmark and they assigned a vendor who has 1-4 hours to call you. They promptly charged me for my service fee, of course. I advised them of the urgency of the situation. After half the day went by and no call from the vendor, I called back and they wanted to assign another vendor with the same window to respond. We have not had a single positive experience with any of the contractors they have sent out. The last one they sent out rescheduled 4 times before doing the actual work.
