I have been very frustrated with my experience with my stove and was considering cancelling my Landmark Home Warranty until I spoke with your very helpful and pleasant contract consultant, Cynthia F. She convinced me to go over my contract and maybe revise what I need and don't need and the cost. I will do that and reconsider canceling my policy at this time. She is a real asset to your company as I was very upset when I called to cancel this [policy.

Had an emergency plumbing problem and they could not get anyone e to take care of it for several days

I specifically asked if the well was covered and was told yes, but when the pressure tank went out, it wasn't covered. Furthermore the company they refered me to were twice as expensive and very unresponsive.

Unable to send repair for AC reported on Friday until Monday. Never received service for insect issuel

No preventative coverage to prophylactically treat things

This the worst home warranty you could ever purchase! What a waste of money. Every time you put in a claim, all they do is send someone to your property, charge you $70 and do absolutely nothing. And because nothing was done, it caused serious damage and we had to put in a home owners insurance claim. This company does nothing to repair anything-all they do is collect money and rob people.

Unable to have door locks rekeyed for all to match. Their vetted locksmiths were not available and would take the request, had to cancel the request.

They deny claims and never accept to pay for recommended services

in all the years no one told us we had to have airconditioner serviced each spring and fall. your people came out several times last year but never mentioned we need to have it serviced 2 times each year. When it went out wasthe first time we heard it waa requirement.
