The repairs over the last few years by Landmark contractors have been done by companies that are not responsive to customer service. Poor communication or no communication. The work that is covered by Landmark often consists of '''bandaid'' repairs in lieu of a complete or professional repair.

We have a Geothermal HEating/Cooling System and Landmark does not cover this. Even as an additional item for coverage. It's dissapointing, but we are going to have to go with a different Warranty Company

Their coverage is pathetic. I've called them 3 times in under 6 months and they haven't covered anything.

Poor screening of contractors. Poor warranty terms on services performed. High out of pocket cost.

The value in what they cover and the service they offer has not corresponded with the cost.

Poor value for cost. Most needed repairs are excluded from coverage. Outsources service center is painfully obvious and doesn't provide good service.

The company that repair my fridge caused water damage because I've maker tube came off. They made me run after the service provider for them to come fix the water damage. They never came and I just got tired of running after then so it's still not fixed. They should be the ones following up with the service provider not me

Unsatisfied with lack of support with problem with contractor who just replaced my water heater 3 weeks ago. They are not returning my calls nor answering their phones.

Not as much coverage as you''d think. They find ways to NOT pay for things and act like they''re this amazing company focused on care. The company referred to us to fix our slab leak issue was also horrible customer service and moved at a very slow pace.
