Terrible company. I paid for a year of service. 3 different issues and all 3 have been denied. They are a terrible company, do not waste your money. Horrible company.

latest service provider they contracted through was a joke and unreliable. landmark offered little help to fix.

I find your home warranty a joke! You only work with certain companies...mine sucked! You covered the price of the condenser, parts and labor. But when I refused to work with the HVAC company, you only paid out $784 for a $1600 Condensing unit. You're a joke!

1st of all they charged me for services I never received 200.00 as a matter of fact. Yes, after I caught it they sent me a refund but not good. 2ndly I had to find my own garage door company and electrician and still was charged they full amount even though I did all the work.

Be sure to read the fine print. They say they will cover something but in the fine print there is always a catch. Their customer service isn't all that helpful. They will say they are there to serve you, but they just try to get out of paying what they say they will pay. Unless you know people, they won't hold up their end of the bargain. It's very frustrating. I would not recommend them.

Out of town business that your computer show as "avalable" are anything but and your employees are no longer able to help. They appear to be rules by your computer system and have no athority.

When things break down, this warranty company sends reputable repair company technicians and they do fix things instead of making excuses or inflating the problems. Also great customer service.

the actual coverage is somewhat fradulent- if a hot water heater is in need of replacement, the policy covers, however, if the expansion tank, which is a part of the hot water system, is need of replacement, it is not covered. On another home, both ovens need work, yet your office advised that only one was covered as they were side x side ovens, instead of one being above the other. Just nonsense.
