You do not cover anything that is under factory warranty

Did not cover repair for freezer due to technical issue. Very disappointed.

Well I have a 1000 dollar dishwasher. Came out I paid 70 dollars to have it repaired. They told me that some of the parts can no be replaced and then said that they was going to send 200 dollars to replace the hole dishwasher. It has been 3 weeks no money

Pay a lot for coverage but when you need to use it, it is up to them to decide if you need it and you have to pay again for the service if they do decide you can use it. Customer service needs some work.

These guys got a million reasons why not to pay. If it didn't come with the purchase of my house, I would not have bought it. Right off the bat, I used their great rekey service. Cost a $60copayment, It only costs $50 to 60 Retail. Had 2 plumbing problems, they didn't pay. I had to pay for the fixes myself. Had issues with my refridgerator and furnace, because they weren't total failures, you guessed it, they wouldn't pay. If the furnace burns the house down, homeowner insurance pays, they dont!

Takes forever to talk to real person. (45min) Vendors are unreliable for the most part.

The one time I actually needed them for a big expense they blamed the malfunction on me. Had our A/C system go out 3 months after we purchased our home. The tech came out and replaced a component that immediately failed. The tech made no mention of the units being improperly installed. However, we were determined to be the reason for the malfunction. From what the landmark rep cited, they're strategy is definitely to repair and avoid replacement. Once repairing is not an option they will find the smallest reason not to cover... read more
