When it came time to immediately address the warranty issue they were very responsive. Since they found out the appliance is broke, response is slow. I had to buy another fridge because it's very hard to function without one. It's been about a month or more since I initiated this and i'm still waiting to hear back what theyre going to do. The people I spoke with seemed friendly, but what does that matter when i'm not getting the warranty I paid for?

Landmark Home warranty has ridiculous policies. I purchased a home at the end of April 2019 and with the purchase of this home I received a home warranty through Landmark. When you think about what a home warranty is, it is to protect you from things that go wrong with your house during the first year of ownership. When a service company does a poor job landmark should not try to have that same company back out to my residence. They do a bad job why would I want them back.

Premium too expensive and keeps increasing, coverage partial in case of replacement, cost pre intervention way too high.

Confusion during work order request. Was told to call contractor because of the HVAC tune up was completed last month , but contractor told me to call Landmark.
