I have been with landmark for over two years. My water heater started leaking 9 months ago. Landmark came out to fix the valve and it quit leaking for month. The contractor landmark sent out said I had better renew my warranty because the water heater was about done. My water heater is 26 years old! My water heater started leaking again (9 month later) landmark sent out a contractor and he said he would replace the valve not the water heater. They have covered every repair and tried to do their best for us.
Would give a 0 if I could. I have had an open ticket with them for about a month now over a microwave. They claimed the microwave was under manufacturer warranty and so they wouldn't replace it. It is 3 years old. I had to reach out to the manufacturer and get confirmation from them that it wasn't under warranty, I sent that over to Landmark. Now they are saying (depending on the conversation) that they agree it isn't or that they have to review it with a contractor to see if it is or not. Regardless, they say they need more... read more

1. Too few vendors. 2. Poor research on vendors....some I have encountered are LAST on EVERYONES list to call. 3. Response time of Landmark is poor.
