They went out of their way to try and find someone in our neighborhood to fix our microwave. When they were unsuccessful, they wrote us a check to replace it.
Received no help actually...wanted me to wait to find an ac company in the middle of the summer... terrible reviews...I will not be renewing on the 9th on April
They do not cover half of what I need done
Pay $40.00 a month for coverage, $80.00 in June for check up on air conditioner, $80.00 for new thermmostat because service man said it was easier to use than programmable, not broke,one. Turned on for heat in November, &100.00 service call because no heat. Serviceman in June installed thermostat for wrong type of heater. Do not trust Landmark with help. I called to cancel, they asked me if I would stay on with them if they returned my $100.00. My answer was NO!!! I felt cheated.
Doesn't save me much money when I need them.
I live in the Desert where it's extremely HOT in the summer. I woke up one day at 4:30 am and my house was 77 degrees instead of 72. I called Landmark who could care less about the broken A/C. By the time I left my house, it was 84 degrees and climbing. Obviously I couldn't stay here with 2 small dogs when the temp was going to be 111 degrees. Haven’t heard back from rep since I put in my service request more than a week ago
Had a non-working refridg or3 weeks - you hooked us up with a company that did not service our area. Gave us auth. to get our own repair company to come out. They couldn't come fo 2 weeks. We ended up buying a new refridg with no help from your company. How long can you go without a refridgerator in an Arizona summer???
Been in touch with them for three weeks and they have had one contractor come out to said he could not do the job into that never have contacted me. Sucks!
