I guess their customer support is pretty good. I've submitted about 4 or 5 claims, but only one of them actually went through. It works out really well, and the customer service is nice. The guys who come over to fix thing are good as well, it just doesn't cover as much as many things as I need.
Very responsive. Great people. Lousy warranty.
I've used them a few times already, and they've offered a very good support. Actually, I had Landmark help me find and A/C group that could come in and fix my system, and it's all been positive so far.
No customer input on service providers
We needed air-conditioning service, so they sent out a company and a technician who did some checking. He refused to go into the attic, and there was a problem in the attic that was discovered later, so if he had gone there to begin with, it would have saved a lot of time.
I don't feel that the warranty covers what it should, even when I paid $500 for a policy some of the things I wanted to have looked at that became an issue were not covered.
Landmark Warranty still has not refunded me back for work that was charged and not done! This is fraud and they seem to be getting away with it! I have pleaded with them to return $453 and they refuse to do the right thing, why...., because they know no one will force them to do the right thing! Shame of Landmark Warranty!
Although their customer support is friendly and took care of some of my issues in an efficient manner, this last time I filed a claim nobody has responded. I'm not very happy with that. I find the whole process to be a pain and hard to deal with.
They were really good for the most part, but they did not communicate well with their own contractors. I had to relay information between them multiple times. My air conditioner broke once, and the contractor said that if it didn't get fix it would start leaking. However, the coil wasn't covered by the warranty, so I had to pay for the coil myself. They also said that they would replace my water softener when it broke. However, even after I went and paid 120 dollars extra to make sure it was covered, they went back on their ... read more
