There were to many exceptions to the warranty
zero customer interaction, no calls, only believes in email
response is to service request are quick, but in the end they don't deliver. when problem can't be fixed they replace with a much cheaper version or reimburse at much less the value
Landmark didn't cover any air conditioner repairs. I don't understand why. A leaking coil caused water damage to my hallway, hall closet, master bedroom closet, plus hall carpet. I had to pay 5200.00 out of pocket. My Homeowners policy didn't pay because it is considered an appliance. I am not happy.
Contractors slow to respond--took over a week to set an appt. Then, appt was changed with no advance notice. Had to be assigned another contractor. Also had problems in scheduling this second appt, with scheduling mistakes made at the contractor's office. Had to make multiple phone calls to set final appt with second contractor.

They don't make it easy to get ahold of them and then they do EVERYTHING in their power to ensure you never derive any benefit from their policy.
Had to find my own company to do the servicing and then Landmark would not pay for the sales tax for the necessary parts to do the repair
The representative insisted my pipe break was in my yard despite the plumbing report I sent him showing it was 12' inside the wall of the house
