I would say to buyers looking home warranty buyers beware. This company make take if the insignificant things but have your air conditioner go out They have a generic term called secondary damage so therefore they won't take care of that . I have never heard any warranty company ever use that term other than this company .
I couldn't be more disappointed with Landmark and its contractor, Husky Maintenance. We requested the furnace tune up that was covered by our warranty. Landmark sent Husky to do the tune up. After the service tech finished the "tune up" and left, our furnace stopped working. Husky sent out two other techs to fix it. They couldn't fix it and told us that the furnace now needed to be replaced. They also said they would have to tear out part of our kitchen to replace the furnace. Minimal contractors for the fourth largest city in the country, scheduling takes forever, didn’t even fix my appliance, and are giving me enough money to replace the appliance that is covered.
Had well pump go out and wouldn't cover the 1500 dollars saying the wires and pipe that make pump function are just cosmetic
Three failed attempts at getting my dishwasher fixed. Landmark claims the contractor is on the way, only to find out he's never been booked.
Did not expect service charge cost heat contractor did not respond, I had to contact them.
