We just bought our first house this February and when we called for our AC to be repaired. Our AC had not been working for a week and it had been 80 degrees in our house that whole time. They first sent us someone who called late the next day to tell us they didn't even service our area. Then I had to wait two more days to even be contacted. Because my contractor never showed up and never called. Landmark was informed of this and has never rescheduled or hired another company.
THIS 2017 I CALL FOR CHECK MY HEAT AIR THEY COME TO CHECK JUST BECAUSE THE FIRST TECNICHIAN NOT FINISH DE WORK PROPERTLY. THE FAN WAS WORKING ALL DAY AND NIGHT NEVER STOP.
Very unhappy with contractors you send out.
It would be great if I didn't get charged the $60 for a visit that didn't need to happen.
inability to get service on a/c in over 100 degree weather this past week. 4 days wait. then sent to 3 contractors
Failed to give refund of service requests when job was never fixed properly. I am still missing a $70 service call refund.
They just keep bandaiding problems instead of replacing them. ie my air conditioner. It is 30+ years old and needs parts replaced yearly which they pay for. Also obviously has a Freon leak as they always have to add 3 pounds yearly. Freon costs $100 a pound and Landmark only pays $20 a pound for 2 pounds. They don't fix the leak or replace the unit which obviously needs to be done.
I've only made a couple of calls to them. The one serious issue was horribly handled by contractors who obviously have no interest in customer service and Landmark was in no rush to address the issue.
